Kiri City Apartments

Me and brother stayed here and it is in a lovely area literally throwing distance from the tram line which gets to every area in Manchester. He had put the heating on prior to our arrival and it was needed as it was snowy and frozen outside. Austin was quick with responding to any quieries about the area or anything about the apartment. Thankyou again Austin!

After a stressful scam somewhere else… Austin’s place turned out to be perfect and we were glad it was available. We went for the Manchester half marathon and the track went past the house twice so was so easy to see family running! The team is a minute walk away and so easy to use. Aldi is also just up the road. Austin was very helpful with parking and gaining entry to the property. The space is modern, has a comfy bed, sofa and a kitchen with everything you should need. If staying on the sofa bed it can be a little noisy as on main road but this did not affect our stay. The main bedroom is downstairs and bathroom upstairs. Shower and bath was great too. Sofa bed was comfy but not sure how it would be for two people. Overall great stay for a good price and being so close to trams and the Trafford centre for shopping was great.

Fantastic property which was easy to find and access. Austin was very helpful and quick in his response, would definitely stay there again if I’m ever back in Manchester!

Stayed here for a convention nearby - the place was a short walk from tram station to access Manchester as needed, clean, comfortable and tidy. Austin was super responsive and you couldn’t ask for a better guy to host. Will definitely be back if ever needing a place to stay in the area! :)

Austin is a really great host, he will always respond at the earliest he can. His place is very clean and smells really nice with the house perfume he provide. everything is provided as description. I recommend this place for a traveller of 2-3 people as the place has only one room with large bed and a couch that can be changed to a bed. He also provide additional duvet and pillow for the couch. The place is very strategic for me as it is near the tram and buses station only like 3 min walks. Austin also provide a video to help you check in and it is easy to understand. He also provide a guidelist on what to do and stuff and it really helpful. the only thing that for me is a small matter but didn't affect me much is, since the place is a flat sometime you can hear people footsteps from above but only if people running downstairs/upstairs. But on overall I really love the place, really recommended for other people who want to enjoy Manchester.
